A meat cuber is ideal for preparing dishes such as cubed steak, chicken fried steak or schnitzel.
There are electric meat cubers which are powered by a motor, and manual ones which are operated by turning a handle.
The tenderizers are made of metal, with steel combs which prevent them from jamming. The stainless-steel blades are extremely sharp and easily slit through connective fibres, tenderizing even the toughest cuts of meat.
Additionally, you can run the meat through multiple times to tenderize it further.
